Factory Samples
While most viral videos of Tape Balls are cut with a razor blade, we have found that you can get the same effect with a much safer serrated plastic cutter. To demonstrate this, we show one video of a factory sample being cut with a razor and a second video showing a sample being cut with a regular plastic knife from a hotel cafeteria.
Manufacturing Process
We have been working with Longshore to design and improve a manufacturing process that will allow us to make these tape balls at scale. The video to the left shows an early version of the process are working on.

This quote is based on some high cost assumptions. For instance this quote includes a plastic figure, packaging, package printing, and is for a 50mm ball.
This quote also includes 5 separate paint passes on various layers of the tape ball. These paint passes are not required and should be eliminated on future quotes.
