Indy Toy Lab LLC Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern communications with Indy Toy Lab LLC, including SMS text messages and voice calls sent or received through the Thomas Assistant Line.

Service Description

The Thomas Assistant Line is used by Indy Toy Lab LLC for low-volume, two-way conversational communications with known contacts who have an existing relationship with Indy Toy Lab LLC or its authorized representatives.

Communications may include scheduling, reminders, coordination, follow-ups, responses to inbound messages or calls, and related conversational assistance.

The Thomas Assistant Line is not used for cold outreach, lead generation, mass marketing, political messaging, debt collection, emergency services, or account verification.

SMS Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to Indy Toy Lab LLC or its authorized representatives, requesting communication by text message, initiating a text conversation with us, or otherwise agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive conversational SMS messages from Indy Toy Lab LLC through the Thomas Assistant Line.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

SMS Message Types

SMS messages may include conversational coordination, scheduling, reminders, follow-ups, responses to inbound messages, and related communications involving Indy Toy Lab LLC or its authorized representatives.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation, requests, and relationship with Indy Toy Lab LLC. The Thomas Assistant Line is intended for low-volume conversational messaging.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from the Thomas Assistant Line unless you later opt back in.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Do not use SMS messages, calls, or other communications with Indy Toy Lab LLC for emergencies. If you need emergency assistance, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Service Availability

Communications may be delayed, interrupted, unavailable, filtered, or affected by carrier, platform, network, or technical issues.

Indy Toy Lab LLC does not guarantee that any message or call will be delivered, received, or responded to within a specific timeframe.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.

Continued communication with Indy Toy Lab LLC after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
